Comments: Well this is the last workout of this Dorian Yates style routine. It's been real, it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun.

Progress on everything.

I think I've made great strides in getting a better mind-muscle connection with my rear delts. I just wish they would get sore once in a while.

Here's a recent pic. My arms look bigger to me but they're measuring the same.
