this is probably a little annoying to most of you but it is very important to me that i take as many pictures as i can to see what to do and when to do it comes show time . i don't want to be too picky here but don't want to be off either . i am taking those pictures to see how my body reacts to the little adjustments that i am making . for instance/ example >>> just look at the first picture which i took after waking up and compare it to the other ones . the second set was 2 hours after that first one and you can see a difference in dryness . i know that the light is a bit better too but there is definitely a difference (even though it took me some time to see it myself

) . then at 10.30 i had a carb meal and now this last set of pictures is showing how that meal effected my condition .
i will take another final set of pictures in about an hour because i just started to reintroduce water and '' more '' sodium and of course i want to see how that will effect me too . after that i will return to my regular schedule .
