what a great difference man. Way way way better than yesturday....im sure once you cut out training/cardio the legs will harden up even more. You cause a lot of trauma to them and it takes a while to get them fully recovered.
But you are looking great man..... upper body is looking very dry right now. Keep us updated on more pics please.
btw - pose your legs like you did in the top pic man..... i like the way they look in that position.... sweep looks sick in that pic.
