changes for my next order...

i need to make some changes for my next order, because the one i have now tastes like shit, and is alittle too pricey for me.

here's what i got now...

PWO(protein)

80% WPI ion-exchange
10% Hydrolyzed Whey high grade
10% Glut. peptides

Pre-bed/day

15% WPI ion-exchange
15% WPI microfiltrated
20% Calcium caseinate
20% Micellar casein
10% Hydrolyzed casein
10% Milk protein isolate
10% Glut. peptides

I know the reason they taste bad is becuase of the hydrolyzed, so i was wondering at what % is the hydrolyzed tastless in the mix. For example, if i had like 5% hydrolyzed in each mix would i still taste the hydrolyzed?

oh and i was thinking to switch over to this...

pwo-blend

90%wpi ion
5%glut pepties
5%hydrolyzed whey high grade

pre-bed blend

20%wpc
20%wpi ion
20%calcium caseinate
20%micellar casein
10%egg white
5% glut pep
5% hydrolyzed casein

I would drop the ISO for pre-bed and focus on the slower releasing types: egg white, milk, cal cas, etc...
20% WPC
15% Egg White Pro
20% Cal Cas
15% Milk Pro
10% malto ( come on, 5 g carbs in a 50g scoop is next to nothing, but helps my digestion and to get it down)
10% L-glut
5% BCAA
5% Flax Pow
Use a vanilla, straw, choc, or banana that you can drop in milk

Pre workout
I use
45% Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration
20% Dextrose
20% Fructose
10% L-Glutamine
5% Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
Flavoring: Kiwi-Strawberry
Sweetner: Aspartame
I add one scoop of swole V2 and mix in water
It mixes well with the fruit punch creatine or if I add more fruit punch ICE Bcaa
I REALLY like this versus the Nectar Kiwi Strawberry which is wicked sweet

thnx for the reply ctgblue, i think i will drop the isolates pre-bed to wpc. but do you or does anyone know if 5% hydrolyzed would be tasteless in a blend?

you won't taste any bitterness up to 15% (most can go a bit higher without noticing) of any of the hydrolyzed whey's, but anything over 10% of the hydrolyzed casein and you will taste the bitterness.
