Is shipping still free for orders over 200$. I was sure you guys mentionned it before but when i go to put an order and just before processing the order it still says that I will be charged for shipping???

Im sorry, but we had to eliminate the free shipping. The reason being is we were trying to compete with retail outlets, where a $200 order weighs 10-15lbs and a $200 order from us weighs 50lbs. We didnt realize this until we had some orders, and we ended up payng for the customers protein. But we still have flat shipping rates, and they are very affordable. Again, I apologize.

is/does TPC use discont codes? if so, what is the total amount of sales that one would need to have in order to get 8pds of protein for free? also, can we combine sales from US and canadian people (e.g., yo have 400cdn worth, and 300USD worth, is that just 400 on TPC, or viewed as ~850CDN?)

we currently are working on this solution as we speak. we will probably require all canadians to add up to a total of 380.00 and we will do the conversion if both the US and canadians use one discount code.

another question - can family members whom you live with buy fom you use our discount code as well? Like my dad buys his own protein since he does a little bit of lifting here and there, so if he bought from you could he use my discount code....reason I ask is because I'm not certain if you guys would prefer users to be "at arms length"

(and no comments about living at home guys, or I'm going to have to start comparing bank statements, haha (my master plan - live at home forever - my bank account keeps compounding and compound.....6figure income/yr - 0 expenses/yr other than taxes = lots of damn money that grows and grows, muahahahahh

Just wanted to post my first experience with TP. I recently just purchased a 50 pound bag of WPC Chocolate (splenda - sucralose)

I would like to add for others reading that I am extremely satisfied with the quality. Since many use ON I would like to say this stuff to me tastes better than ON (I always thought ON was pretty good tasting too) and mixibilty is better too. I can mix with a spoon (two heaping scoops in about 14 ounces of water) and only get a few little specs in the top in which I don't even notice as I take it down. I always got a few chuncks to chew on with ON. So taste and mixability I definitely like TP. Combine that with the price, quality, and the people behind this product and I can't see any reason why not buy True Protein products.

I must add that I haven't met a chocolate I didn't like so those that are picky you may opt (as I read this at many boards, avant, 1fast, anabolicminds) that BSL is simply amazing but I can't speak from personal experience as I have not tried it yet and probably won't. I can't justify spending the extra cash on something I already like. So as I compared keep in mind I didn't mind the taste of ON's either.

Shipping was average in terms of length of time from when I placed the initial order to product at door. Although I think you guys are on the west coast and I am in Ohio so I can only imagine it takes a day or two more and costs a little more than I am used to with others that are closer. SO I was fine with that.

Product was packaged fine. I can't expect anything else when ordering 50 pounds of protein. It was double bagged. My wife found it quite funny standing their with two huge bags filled with protein.

I already have someone else that I recommended who is buying (or may have already bought) a 50 pound bag and I will continue to recommend to anyone else looking for quality protein at a great price.

Two big thumbs up!! It is great to have companies like this. Thanks.

This is only my second post on this site, and I want to say HEY to everyone and that this is a great site for all types of information. I have been experimenting with DC training; WOW its intense! I was introduced to True Protein by Troponin. He was right: I will never go to GNC or any other store again. Prices are awesome, and the product you recieve for the money can't be beat!!!

if your protein is in bags and kept resonably closed between use then at least few months I think,...... I think you don't need too worry unless you order for more than maybe 6 months at a time as long as the protein is somewhat airtight between use but I'm not that sure though.

anyway Dante or Doug?, I sent trueprotein an email with my order at admin@trueprotein.com and have not gotten a reply,....... I sent one email 5 day's ago and another 3 day's ago and have not gotten any order confirmation or anything???... is there some trouble,... should I rather use sales@trueprotein.com
