I live in Iceland and order from TP, the shipping and all the taxes you have to pay at the customs are a bitch but it's still cheaper than anything I can get (and better quality) so I highly recommend TP,.... I think you need to order in sealed jugs with the ingredients listed to awoid any trouble at the customs (just ask them at TP).

I'd drink green tea or take green tea extract for thermogenesis,.... be more specific about protein, are you looking for a protein to use with meals? or post (pre) workout? or maybe a before bed shake?... it's best to base your protein intake mostly around solid foods though, especially if you are trying to loose weight since it's harder to digest (except post workout when you want fast acting protein, i.e. whey).

jeez those bodyfat numbers are definitely not accurate (well unless you got a liposuction or something, lol) but seems like you are doing great so far.

I'd post your log in the journal section under the main discussion forum, this is where you'll get best info about DC training and people will post some comments in your log,.... from a quick overview your exercise selections looked fine (although I'd ditch the flat bench) but you were way off on some things and I wonder where you got your DC training info.

Some of my friends would like to order, but they do not have credit cards. I know I do not get tallied for the protein delivered to my house, but what if I order it for the person using my account/credit card and have it shipped to their houses? This would make things alot easier for me, but if that's not gonna work I understand, and will work my way around it. Thanks .

I think DC has stated that you can't benefit from the discount code that way (and there is no way around it, it would be to easy to cheat on free protein that way), i.e. they gotta order themselves to their address for you to get credit for their orders.

I've been telling a few friends of mine at my gym about true protein and they seem pretty interested in buying some things. i was on true protein earlier and i was wondering what would be a good mixture. for example 25 percent whey 10 percent soy....and so forth. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.....thanks

I would say the most economical way to go is to get some micellar caseinate and some isolate.
Mix them 50/50 for use during the day.
For post-workout use the isolate and before bed stick to the micellar.

Just a suggestion and it may have well been covered already. But have you guys (the owners) thought of giving your recommended blends? You know like a DC approved pre or post workout blend.

I don't know, you can call it founders favorite or whatever because there is alot to pick from and it would be really easy just to go with a couple of solid choices approved by DC as opposed to some newbie figuring he needs.

firefox, opera and internet explorer - no luck, the website doesn't open - the browsers can't connect - something's wrong with my internet provider but all all all other websites load fast and without problems so it's weird,
