Hi, I am a fairly new lifter from Winnipeg, Canada (~4 months). I have been trying to get enough protein from cottage cheese, chicken, etc. I lift every second day and often run/bike/play hockey on my "days off."

I saw True Protein Canada recommended on redflagdeals.ca so I googled it to learn more about it and this site was one of the first that came up.

Two things really made me want to get my first protein from this website:
1. I can get a pound of Isolate for cheaper than a pound of concentrate in a store.

2. It comes in "plain" flavor which means I can mix it with my fruit smoothies I make before I go to the gym, and it doesn't contain any harmful artificial sweeteners.

I have a few questions before I order. I have heard a lot of people talk about using "their" coupon code.
Do all the coupon codes have the same discount?
Can each coupon code only be used once? (I plan to just order 2 pounds at first to see how it is, and plan to order more in future).
How can I calculate the shipping?
