there are many ways to set it up and that is one of them if you can.
-another is attach the bands to the front post of the rack then attch it to a dumbell on the ground about 3-4 feet back then just drape the bands over the bar. Same set up as the video just done outside the rack.
- you could also double up a band and attack it to the bottom of the rack then wrap it around the barbell before or after the plates
just to name a couple of different wayst that work just the sam
