BCAA's....flavor?
any taste good or bad to the BCAA's or can I just mix a spoonful in water and drink?

bcaa's are not the greatest tasting but i have had worse. it mixes OK, not the greatest but if you let it sit for a minute or so, it semi-disolves.

You are better off, with plain BCAA powder, to mix with some type of flavored creatine or protein powder.
I use ICE and, even though it is flavored, it is still better when mixed with something.
