I just finished my 1st blast a week ago (which was a 2-way split) and now I’m revving up for my 2nd blast. I plan on constructing it similar to what you have here but am a bit confused on how to get a body part done twice in a single week as I did with the 2-way split with out, completely missing that body part. I was thinking about just adding an exercise to my mid week day (wed) with a high rep scheme just to get some blood in there. For example, lets say on Wed I’m doing Tris, Chest , Delts & Traps ( Mon & Fri would have been back, biceps, lower back) and added a high rep or strip set type of Leg Extinctions and Leg Curls). What do you think? Oh, just to give you some back ground on me, I’m 44 years old and have been training for about 29 yrs now.
