I've been Oprah like all my life with my weight.
My Senior year of HS I was 310lbs. By the Summer I was 225 via the Adkins Diet.
In College I suffered through depression and ballooned back up to 260, but got back down to 220 via Bill Phillips' Body For Life.
Then finally I let myself go again and got up to around 270, which is when that picture was taken in October '05.
