as soon as i arrived at work i took the attached pictures . i am very happy to see all the changes that my physique has made within the last weeks .i like my progress and i don't see a reason why i should change anything else except for what i would change anyways . this way i know for sure that i will keep progressing at a steady pace . these pictures are done right before my second meal . i am very flat

but still VERY happy with the conditioning !
the other good thing is that my camera must be kicking ass because all these were taken by myself
i will definitely throw a few other poses in a few weeks But for now i believe the rear double bicep and the ab shot are good enough . if i would be doing a contest i would say that i am about 7 - 8 weeks out . some of you might think that i am crazy by saying that but DON'T GET FOOLED by my abs . there are still other areas of my body that are not that great developed and it will take more time to show them . that means more cardio

and constant adjustments to my diet .

so today i had another hot and sweaty day at work . i could not leave sooner than i was expecting but sometimes that is the way the cookie crumbles !
i had a short workout . i did 2 sets of standing DB curls which were real easy and then i did a set of behind neck pulldowns and one set on bend over BB rows . all these were done in a rep range of 10 - 15 without going to failure at all . i only trained my abs on Monday which was a total of 2 sets

. remember guys i am cruising .
i did not the 50 min. on the Gauntlet as i was planning , but i did 20 min. of HiiT on that thing . i didn't want to stay in the gym to long today and i am also way ahead of schedule with my Cardio . i was hitting it all out though . i did a 80 sec. warm up and then i went like this >> 40 sec. on the highest number ( 14 or 15) and t hen 80 sec. down to 3 . all this until like 18 min. and cooled down the last 2 .
