MY POST FROM MUSCLEMAYHEM:
First suggestion is to speak to a cardiologist and ask for a recommendation for a properly licensed / certified dietician or nutritionist in your area. Diet and Exercise will be most important.
I'd consider red yeast rice extract, niacin, fish oil and other sources of omega-3 fatty acids, sesamin, and possibly garlic as well, as far as supplements.
