ME Squat/DL
1. Squat 405 3x2, x1
2. Bulgarian split squat 4x8@45lbs 90s min rest
3. Back Extensions 4x10 85lbs 90s rest
4. One Arm Shrugs 110lb@12reps
DB Wrist Curls 40lbs@8reps

So I finally got my belt yesterday, and used it for the my squats. It doesn't feel any different, but I think I could do more volume this time around was probably due to the belt. I will say that my lower back killed a little bit thought. It was hard to hold onto the barbell with my hands and it keep sliding on my back, probably 'cuz I was wearing a sleeveless shirt, and the lack of rear delts.
