Shoulders...

Shoulder size seems to make upper arms look small - wtf!

2 months old are the most recent I have.

I have had trouble with water retention using anadrol in this last cycle and I I lost a lot of cuts, I will not take pics!

I will post more recent in few weeks.

Thanks.

I don't have any intentions on getting huge. I can't do that at this point in my life. I just want to get a little larger then rip it to shreds.

I was actually bigger than this and my hockey game suffered as a result. I need to stay around 205-210 and 8-10% BF in order to perform well on the ice.

Up from 175 2 years ago!

I can bench press #405, so I am not unhappy with the results of my last cycle.

chest looks full...I'm particularly impressed with your upper chest. Delts look good, as do abs. I agree that your arms need work. What are your stats? Besides height/weight, have you taken any measurements?

Thanks for the kind words.

At the time of pics (no recent measure, not much changes in 2 months):

Measured when cold (when I woke up one morning) but flexed.

Weight: 205
Age: 37
18" neck
48" chest
17" upper arms
14" forearm
32" waist
26" thighs
(have not been able to work legs until recently - severe groin pull)
18" calves
8-10% BF

This cycle I have been REALLY hitting upper pecs. I eliminated almost all flat benching (except for max lifts) and strictly do incline bench work. It is paying off. I still want more pec mass though. I need to quit looking at old Arnold chest pose pictures! It is ruining my perspective - lol.

I was able to flat bench #405 recently, the strength is there. I am shooting for #450 by end of summer. Not bad for someone only 205! Well, 210 at the time of that lift.

I can't for the life of me get my biceps to grow. It really pisses me off! If you can offer any suggestions i am all ears! Maybe I need to hit them twice per week!

Looking at these stats listed above, what should my upper arms measure in at to be proportional? I think my triceps are well developed, but the biceps are definately lagging. It does not help that the size of my delts make my upper arms look even smaller.

BTW, assuming that is you in the avatar - you are loking ripped to shreds bro! You should post some pics and stats in your own thread. I am curious what they are.

Upper chest (and all over pec development) looks great! I would not mind seeing your chest routine posted either! Start a thread and tell us about yourself.

No disrespect intended to any of your work, however; I don't understand why you would post a pic to show uswhat you've done "overall"...see, that's the whole point isn't it?

To critique your physique, no one can determine nor help you in areas where you may be lacking.

Don't you hate it when you post in a thread and forget to check back? Sorry bro. I just saw this.

Yes, that is me in the avatar, last summer. I'm not planning on posting any pics until later this summer when I'm in condition but you can see lots of my pics on other boards....AR (I've posted tons here), MC, MM, FG, CM to name a few. My stats are fairly close to yours except my arms are an inch bigger and my calves are an inch smaller. My chest routine usually goes something like this:

Flat bench:
2 sets warmup 135 x 20
255 x 10
275 x 8
315 x 6
275 x 7

Incline DBs
100s x 10
110s x 8
120s x 6

Decline Hammers
6 plates x 10
7 plates x 8
8 plates x 6

DB Flyes
50s x 12
55s x 10
60s x 8
60s x 7

I'm in the same situation. I can't skate if I get over 200lbs. I play 2-3 times a week and coach an additional 3-4 times. I did an M1T cycle this past Winter and the back pumps I would get on the ice were agonizing. I would have to stand on the bench in between shifts to try and straighten my back out.
