It is important to keep in mind that eating raw egg whites from eggs is asking for trouble. On the other hand, all (that I know of) of the egg white companies heat pasturize thier whites.
That way you can drink them raw!
By the way, I did Egg Whites International for a while until I realized that with shipping, they are about the same cost as the ones at the supermarket. I cant remember the name, but they come by the quart.
