1. Narrow Stance GM's

315x5
325x2 (I started to Squat the weight than GMing it)

2. Bulgarian split squat 4x10@40lbs 90s-2 min rest
3. Back Extensions 4x10 80lbs 90s rest
4. One Arm Shrugs 105lb@10reps
Wrist Roller 20lbs
(Done Thrice)
