I mean 500 is nothing to scoff at but its not an ideal level for a 20-25 year old like say 800 or so.

I don't know. But if you find one please let me know because as of yet I haven't round one and I have been around the 500 range since the first time I got tested back in 2001. Every doctor that I been to looks at it and says yep it's in the normal range and that is the end of the conversations. I think the only thing that would make them do something about it is if you had a previous test showing that you had been higher say in the 800 range and your level drops suddenly. My recommendation to any is have the test done in your teens regardless if you have any systems and then use the test as reference in for the future. Sure you test levels will fall as you age but they don't fall sufficiently until your 30s-40s. If they fall anytime before that then you probably have something wrong.
