well....as far as the precontest goes...i would keep an eye on your weight but don't stresss yourself out about it....you do want to monitor it though for sure.
as wake mentioned above, carb up days are definitely a good option to pursue, either on the weekend or sometime in between (there are options) but is definitely a good way to keep your muscles decently full and your energy up (as much as it can be) and your metabolism rolling...otherwise stick to the diet.
