ha no i think i just read it wrong...
my chest continues to frustrate me, as i'm sure it always will. Again nothing really fancy, sticking to heavy basics...i did do the pec deck push press for around 3 months in my prep...i do think the heavy extreme stretching has helped as well...but more than anything it's just getting the size on there over time.
boring i know haha but that's really all there is to it.
