Whos built their base using dc?

I've searched the photos, I've searched the journals, I've searched other forums. Can anyone show me someone who's gone from ~200 solid -> ~220+ solid using dc training?

In the summer I weigh about 200, in the winter I bulk up to about 225, I'm disappointed I'm only slightly bigger than in my last summers photos. I can't post links because of the low post count so replace hxxp with http.

This is me last year, just under 200 I had a hernia preventing me from doing direct ab work. Drug free so far.

Squat: 235 x 5
Deadlift: 420 x 3, 405 x 6
Flat bench: 235 x 3

Last year in august i was 194 at my show... and there are some pics in my journal somewhere of my latspread a few months ago at about 270. Clean. Thats the best i can point you to.

200 to 220 on DC is a failure in my opinion... might as well go up to 240 at least. And I am not saying to get fat 240 I am saying that if you do everything right you will just end up there.

How tall are you?

Well did you actually do this? You can't see photos on here until you have 1 post and this looks like the first. Some of the early ones are missing but some good names to search are chris250, joshb, silverback, jasonwojo, bulldog21, and probably 30 more I can't think of. Find some of their before and afters.
