Starting Strength Book.
A good little book. A good read at any level.
http://www.melbook.co.cc/mbook/Bodyb...20Strength.pdf The sections on squats and deads are especially good.

I have the second edition. Good instruction on how to perform the basic lifts.
Didn't he write a book for more advanced lifters as well? |
