Go the extra mile outside the gym to take care of someone when they need it and/or least expect it.

What DC has taught me......... HHHHMMMMMM..... The true definition of good pain and how much you body can take after mental failure during a widowmaker and that there is still some left in the tank before the body hits failure.

2. The extreme stretch is EVERYTHING. If a muscle is inflexible it will not have the room needed for growth. If you want size seek strength and FLEXIBILITY!!
Pretty much exactly what hanshaw said. Another thing I picked up on was the type of people on this board who train DC and discuss the lifestyle are pretty unique. All good bunch of people which stem down from the top. It's kind of a reflection of Dante. He's reaping what he's sewing. If that makes any sense. It seems to influence good character development.

DC has really taught me that your whole world doesnt have to be bodybuilding. Instead a life that is well rounded is truly the way to live, because we only have so much time on this earth. So train, laugh, love, achieve goals, and give as much as you can. Thanks DC, Massive G, InHuman, and all others here.

The importance of a logbook and planning ahead. Before every workout, I write out today's workout with the weights and reps that I HAVE to lift. Having this "worklist" and being motivated before leaving for the gym is powerful. When I get to the gym there's no hesitation or debate about what to do. I just go in and lift. Simple but very effective.

That we as a race can be truly united and display real understanding of our cultural differences whilst bringing us all together in a place where peace, love and an appreciation of your fellow man is paramount.

That and I like boobies

Hmmmmmm

Dante just reinforced what I always knew, big weights build big muscle. But with his own evil and demented twists lol. He really stressed the logbook into my brain and it was an epiphany for me.

I have been training for over 10 years, and I truly have never been happier training. I love this whole idea we call DC training. I am a sick and twisted individual and this just fits me perfectly, I LOVE the pain and the results.

Thank you Dante, and all the members of this board, I found my home...

Seriously, I don't think I've actually ever hit 20 for a 20rep squat. I either fail before or after. If you hit 20 perfectly every time you're problably not giving all you got...

I have to admit that I always hit 20 reps on Widowmakers.

Around 14-15 reps I hate standing in the rack with the bar ontop of me so hard my head almost explode. The pain everywhere is overwhelming. I fear that I will tip over on the next rep, I am quite sure that I will do. But I dont care, I just breath in, go deep and try to get up so much like my life depended on it. Before the next rep I think "ok, next rep I AM gonna tip over" but I dont.

Sweat comes into my eyes, I cant see shit, it hurts in my eyes. I feel I cant get enough air. I am moaning like a bitch. For some reason I wanna wait long between the each last 6-7 to make sure I can make the reps, but also dont want to wait long between each rep because I wanna get over with this freakin widowmaker I hate more than anything.

Before the last 3 reps, I always almost rack the bar. But I shout to myself (kinda inside my own head) "PAY YOUR DUES!!"

On the last rep I rack the bar. I feel extremely happy and I just fall on the floor. Try to get the knee wraps as fast of hell because they been hurting like hell through the entire set. Then I just lay on the floor for 4-5 minutes like I deer hit by a car.

So yes I do think I give it all hehe

I know that the most important thing I have learned, is that you have never learned half of what you think you have learned. Your circle of knowledge should be open, and always willing to accept new ideas/thoughts/etc. For every one thing I learn, I find out there are five other topics that I have yet failed to grasp.

Every time I some jerk off squeezing out that last dumbbell kickback and grimacing like he's giving birth the only thing I can think is "good for you nancy, you finally graduated from the pinks to the blues"
