a little advice.
At the risk of sounding like a newb/dumbass, i ask:
Today i went to do my workout (see journal in signature) and i start with squats. i started my warmup and it felt a little heavy. i ignored it for the most part. i get up to 185 and can barely get my ass off of the ground. last week i was going 225x5 for 3 sets. i ate good today, my diet is the same as it has been for these past 6 weeks. i figured it was my back from my last workout. so i tried my hand at hack squats. put 90 lbs on there....90..... moved the saftey rails out of the way and dipped down. could not come back up. that was embarrasing. just a bad day? need to take it easy for a bit?

i figured as much but wanted to make sure it wasnt something else. this is the longest i have stuck with any workout routine. thanks for the comps on my tat. 16 hours 2 sessions. Its of a fallen angel carrying a holy angel. the holy angel has blood on her hands and the fallen is weeping blood.
anywho, ill take a couple days off then start right back. Thanks gentlemen.
