question about shitloading

if you start shitloading evening before pre judging u stay totally away from water intake right?just filling up with lots of water until shitloading starts.

It depends on more than a few things but for the most part, you want your water controlled before you start a shitload, yes.

so what do u guys prefer eating?i was thinking of mostly mcdonalds food and pizza,but would like some inputs from others

It may depend upon what your system can handle given your diet up to that point. I never eat McD's any more and haven't had pizza in prob. a few years. I'd be bloated as hell and very uncomfortable. I have to avoid dairy and gluten for the most part.

I'll leave out other details (fair to my clients), but if you understand the idea, you can use whatever food you've been using for carb-ups / re-feeds *as a starting place*.

you are talking about a loading over days i guess,which is not something i will do.
my plan is not to stop drinking 5 oclock friday afternoon,then start shitloading..i have weight in around 7 oclock and have to make my class 220,so loading before will not be a option since i am worried i will not make my class.i have still 8 pounds to loose and i 5 weeks out and pritty lean and dry already.
i doubt i will hold lots of water when eating mcdonalds/pizza from friday evening as long i stay away from water.

Nope, actually, I'm talking about shitloading in the last 12 hr or so before the show.

What are the dietary ingredients - macronutrients and micronutrients that make a shitload a "Shit" load?... What purpose are they serving to increase muscle fullness and vascularity?... You can avoid foods that cause gastric distress (For me foods I never eat, like McD's or pizza) and still have the "shitty" ingredients in there...

Pizza and McD's also gives me bloat - and the runs - "ssshhhh!"

How about a good old-fashioned Jelly Donut (or 5) and some Fruit snacks?
