Thats not a pain in the ass at all Betito......I would have to look at pictures of your arms and kind of use some deductive reasoning, know what youve done previously, see whats being done now and think "Betito needs to do this and this" and that is going to get it done.

It seriously can be as simple as a tweak of a current exercise you have been doing all along....that i kind of Rube Goldstein up for you.

Hey guys I know what Dante is saying seems a bit vague but you also need to remember that everyone's body is different and the changes that he made truly were just a matter of finding exercises that I could feel and worked well. After he did that I just went to war every time I headed to the gym.

I do have to admit that I was amazed that Dante was able to make them grow so quickly because not only have they always lagged but my left arm is literally different from my right because of a shoulder surgery i had when I was 18. My short head of the bi's connects at a different point in my upper arm on my left side because it was moved to keep my shoulder from dislocating. Again I have to stress that it wasn't a magic routine but rather finding a way to FEEL my arms work with the best exercises.

Ill tell you how individualistic this all is guys.

I was so worried about Dusty's traps getting too big....he has gigantic traps and I was scared it would take away from his poses as far as shoulder width because they are so large......didnt want them any larger

How many bodybuilders have to worry bout that? LOL

Johnny Jackson.....anyone else?

Ryan Humiston

I know Dante put up some shots of my training partner Ryan so I wanted to give a quick update on who he is and let the BBing world know that he is coming. I have been working with Ryan on his training and nutrition for almost two years and the changes that he has made are nothing short of amazing. As Dante said he is only 21 years old but has as much drive and discipline as i have ever seen from an athlete on any level. He will be making his mark on the Border States in October as well but after that we are going to go back into the trenches to utilize DC training for another offseason before we unveil his biggest and best package. He is truly the best training partner I have ever had and I know he is going places and fast. Hell, I don't call him the future for nothing.

you know, I remember saying something about that to a guy who was here a while ago, can't remember the guys name. He was the guy that always had to make a comment about steves squat form on the PSHW videos. Either way, he said it was completely rediculous.

Dusty, would you ever put an online training journal up? Like some people do on youtube?

I am really looking forward to seeing more progress and really learning more from Dante through this thread...

I actually think Johnnie Jackson's traps take away from his chest a little bit. I believe he hasn't even trained them directly in years.

Talk about a good problem to have....

He will most likely be a light heavy. I am not looking at the scale much but that is my guess.

I will be putting up some video's here and there but will not do a training journal because it will only cause confusion. You see my program was designed exactly for what I need to improve on so some of the movements that I use would only cause more confusion on how to train DC. If you are serious about DC and taking your physique to the next level I would suggest hiring SuperD. He can put together a program that is tailored to your physique.

Freaking strong pull Dusty. I can't believe in your condition in the 290's that you will be down towards the 220-230 range? Would of never guessed that. What would you say your bodyfat is at now if you don't mind me asking. I'm not second guessing anything I am just curious and wish you success

First off I would like to thank Dusty for everything that he has done for me. He has given me a chance to make a name for myself in this sport and all he asks for in return is a spot when he is under that heavy ass weight.

I'm striving to be yet another example of how successful DC training can be and I will post some comparison shots after the show.

hope to see more of both dusty AND ryan in the near future.

I thought that was a huge drop especially since he's not carrying that much fat now. Thanks for clearing that up

sorry dante may be stupid question but is this what you mean ?

lets say i want to focus on chest.

25-30 widowmakerto 8-12 over few months.
??
if i would do this i would probably do it hs or smith
so start with 90 pounds and do that 30 reps?
then next week do 95 pounds and go for 30 reps?
next week 100 pounds and try for 30 but i can only get 26
and so on till i read 8-12 reps?

I'm by no means as smart as Dante, but if you mean you would actually use 90 pounds I have a VERY tough time believing that you are anywhere near ready for the more advanced 3 way split and widowmakers for other bodyparts. I'm not tryin to be a dick but that just alarmed me.
