I think he's credited with 315x50... I've seen the video of 500x23 and that was all out brutal.

lol you'd be suprised how many people have come out of the woodwork saying they invented 11-15 rep rest pauses 5 years before Dante did. If people look at this forum by most viewed thread ever they can get an example of that somewhat(lots of posts deleted).
