Some updated pics

I am not sure who all followed my issues last year, but I basically had the same thing going on that Big Fred and Baldnazi had (hepatic adenoma). I ended up changing my priorities and I no longer go for mass, but rather just try to stay lean and streamlined year around now. These are pics of me in my current condition. First two are me around 204-206lbs, after filling out for a few days (cheesecake, junk food, etc). The last one is more what I look like during the week after depleting for a few days + cardio+ workouts, when I am flatter and dryer. I think I am around 197-198 lbs in that pic. I should change my screen name, b/c it is obvious im not "hella" swole LOL....what a high school name huh?
Anyways, I have had several people ask how I have been doing and how training is going etc and I always tell them I jsut try to stay in shape now and am no longer "bbing" per say, so I figured I would show people what I meant.

Im 6'1" btw.

Actually, this condition is a little "smooth" compared to what I have been holding. I can post some pics from when I consider myself "tight", which is the condition I usually hold, when I get back into town (on the road right now). I would say I have been at least this lean since November of 2007, so a pretty long time.

Thanks for the compliments. The hardest part now is holding this with my low test levels (160's). No it's not from the dieting either, its from past supp. usage. I also do overnight travel 2-3 nights per week so that can toughen things a bit as well. Thanks for the compliments.

Very good old friend! I need this conditioning, you look amazing. Knowing what you have gone through makes it even better. You going to keep this look year round I see, so no more getting big and fat like me? I think you are being smart with this, keep it up brother, you look great and are what most people strive for. I am impressed that you are not only so lean but certainly haven't given up much of your size, at all. It might say so on the scale but comparing even your avatar to your current pics really isn't an obvious difference. That is really cool and I respect that you have kept so tight for so long. Good work, bro.

Curious: How is your strength now compared to then?

Yes, it definitely did. I think i matured more in the last year than I had every year prior to that. Nah, no more getting fat...at least that is the idea. You aren't fat though, you're a thick mofo...there are definitely times when I miss that big thick look and the feeling to go with it, but I enjoy being leaner overall. Yeah, well, staying so tight is definitely not easy, as you know. Every week I tell myself I can not do it anymore, that I woudl rather enjoy myself, but then I eat like shit on Saturday and Sunday and stuff myself like a pig and feel so gross I am almost anxious to get back to dieting by Monday LOL. That is the only way I do it. I only really feel shitty on Thrusday and Friday b/c I eat whatever I want on the weekends and the glycogen stores hold me over for a few days following.

It may not look like I have lost a lot of size, but if you saw me in person it would be mroe obvious. You have to remember that in my avatar I was soo depleted (even after the shitload) and in show shape. In my new pics (the first two anyway) are after two full days of shitloading on fast food, cheesecake etc.

Strength isn't too bad, I am down maybe 60-70lbs on squats & deads and like 20-25lbs per dumbell on dumbell chest pressing movements, however that is a comparison to me when I was in offseason mode shape and geared up compared to now being 1.5 yrs clean and dieted down, so its not so bad I guess. It really just depends on how depleted I am. If I start adding a lot of carbs back in for a week or so (which I do periodically) then I really see the weights start to jump back up pretty significantly. I have seen the biggest loss in my leg mass, but I am sure a lot of that can be attributed to a lot of cardio I was doing for a while, and very low carbs. Thing is I really havent even been that tight, I am jsut tight M-F, I even drink on the weekends. I don't even take any supplements really anymore. Thanks for stopping in Skip

These pics are more like the condition I was holding for several months...wasn't easy. These were about 2-3 months ago. First ones were flat, last one is filled out. Sorry for the revealing glute shots LOL, I was trying to get an accurate guage on my condition at that time and did not expect to be posting these.
