Fatass Extraordinaire
So heres a PWO meal for today:
4 Scrambled eggs 8 slices Turkey 3/4 cup mac and cheese 3/4 cup rice 5 slices bacon 2 slices homemade pizza with 1/2 cup grilled chicken lol the macro breakdown is ridiculous fitday.com gives me: Pro: 141g Fat: 78g Carb: 138g Total Calories: 1853 wow so yeah, let the flaming begin... ![]() Last edited by wreckyou : 08-07-2008 at 12:56 AM. |
