Chocolate protien pancakes
This recipe is mostly stolen from my home board of AR but I feel I should share it since I have been using it a lot. The original recipie is a cup of egg whites, cup of oats, 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese and I use 2 scoops of chocolate ON whey extreme milk chocolate flavor. Blend all these in a blender real good and spray some pam on a pan and cook em like pancakes. What I actually do to make the meal more rounded is I cut it in half and then make a 2 whole egg omlette with some chopped red and green peppers and a lil bit of reduced fat cheese. Put some sugar free syrup on those pancakes and you got yourself a complete meal. Bigger dudes might wanna just go with the original recipie as it is quite high in cals, carbs and protien but pretty much fat free.
