what are peoples opinions on ERECTOR SHIRTS?
I saw those on the inzer site and was wondering if anybody eses them and if so why and if they like it?
I would think its just a way to add more weight to the bar but I am skeptical as to weather it can actually build strength better than doing it without it or if the erector shirt has so much support that your muscles dont work hard enough and that the shirt is doing work for you therefor sacrificing actually working out the muscles you are trying to target. Not to mention their comfort level and weatther you would have to take it off after squats or deads to continue your workout? thanks |

One of our guys uses an erector shirt and really likes it, but he never trains in it. He only wears it when testing a new max or on meet day. I believe he wears it for both squats and deadlifts, and his PR's are a 816 squat and 672 deadlift.
