hello all
hi im nigs66, from north wales in the UK.
been training for coming up to 5 years, have always been involved in sport,was really into rock climbing but due to injuries had to quit so went back to my old school time favourite place,THE GYM. Lastxmas my weight was up to 275lb at 6'2'', not lean at all. have dieted down and am about 250lb, recently had a bout of screwed head due to work and had 2 weeks of no food and no training and dropped 14lbs, ![]() all is cool now and am getting ready to pack on some size,whilst staying as lean as possible, got tickets for olympia in vegas si i got 7 weeks of balls to the wall training to come, bring it on cant wait. i've always gone towards higher intensity lower volume training rather than volume, have been reading up on DC style training and am impressed and inspired, so im putting it down on paper and will be getting going next monday. any advice would be great, ill post up as i go along. cheers all, nigs |
