Take a look.
Here's a link to my photobucket album. I just got done cutting for about 6 weeks. I am 5'8-5'9" and weighed in at 172lbs, naked, 1st thing in the morning when I took these pics.
Just looking for some feedback on my physique, strong points, weak points etc.... I plan on starting DC training and diet on monday. I am looking to try and maintain the same of stay close to the same BF% and gain 10-12lbs by christmas http://s42.photobucket.com/albums/e3...ds8_1_08-7.jpg |

Your pretty lean man. Your upper body appears like it needs work. Howd you like your first week of Dc?
how was diet? how much protein and many calories per day? |

you have a good foundation to start with . you are not fat but definitely need more size . because you are lean it will be a lot easier to manage your caloric intake . just keep an eye on and don't do things to drastically . wake

Thanks guys. So far I am really liking my DC stuff. I havnt taken any measurements but my weight is up and I feel bigger,lol.
I get no less than 350gr of protein/day and sometimes it gets close to 450. My total cals are between 3,000 and 3,500. Slowly working on adding size without the fat and it seems to be working out so for now |
