Yeah...those are ridiculous. If she's doing it just to "be intense" then it's stupid. But if it's medically documented then maybe it isn't.

I'm sitting in the living room and my mom was staring at me from across the room and says, "What the hell are you watching?" I just laughed and explained it and she watched it with me and we laughed at it together. My mom has been walking around for the last 10 minutes saying "Master Warrior!"
