hem-ROIDS

Anyone who has squatted and deadlifted and leg pressed heavy can feel me on this one and it has to do with the roids. No I don't mean the needle kind that you stick in your rear, I mean the friggin' demon that lives and burns and itches in your rear when you train heavy. I've had them many times before, just wondering what ya'll do about them too. Don't ya'll be pusses and not post like you've never had them before. I need some help guys. This sucks bad. Thanks and keep man handling the slag.

Dude, I just got over these things. I actually got them when I started back to weightlifting again. I popped some suppositories and it didn't go away. Turned out they were expired on the code date so I got new ones. I used 3 of them then it started to bleed a bit and now it is gone.

All I can say it use Preparation H suppositories or the store brand equivalent. Sometime it only takes using them a few times and then it will go away. Mine are gone after 2 week. Do it slowly lol.

( it is funky when you can feel you pulse in it)

Be careful brothers. If you notice blood when you wipe go see your doc. Here's a little story for you. About three years ago when I would drop a deuce I would notice a little blood when I wiped. I did not think much of it because there was no pain. I chalked it up to my hardcore powerlifting lifestyle. This continued for a few months and then it happened. I got food poisoning and literally shit nonstop for two days. I got over the food poisoning but was left with a severely hurting rear end. The pain only continued to get worse and worse. It would wake me up in the middle of the night and I would not be able to fall back asleep because of the pain. I would use the bathroom and it was seriously like shitting razors. After suffering this pain for a few months I finally got the courage up to see a doc. Well after a thorough probing and some humiliation the Assdoc told me I had an Anal Fissure. Warm baths, high fiber, and absolutely no training. This was a very depressing time for me. I did not train for over a year, and I will never be 100% cured of this. There is still blood when I wipe on occasions, but no pain for almost two years. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Take care guys.

Jocephus

I hear what you are saying. When you have the HEMs though, especially when they are out, if you see ocasional blood in the stool that is a good sign. It means they are on the way to healing, or going back instead. When they are out and you see no blood, chances are until you see a little blood you gotta deal with them.

When I see a little blood I am happy because I know what it means.

Bro The Hemmies are a pain in the ass () no doubt about it and I only joke cos I know exactly what you're going thru. Or whats going thru you actually
Mine were so bad some years back that I would actually get down on my hands and knees and pray before using the for God to allow me to have a painfree BM. I know it's funny and I wish I was kidding but I am not.
