Comments: I'm kinda dragging ass today. Thank God it's Friday. This is the last day of this ab routine as my ab work will be changing when I start my new routine next week too.

I'm stoked to be doing something new. And I think I have a good new name for my journal.

And an even better intro.

Can't wait til Sunday.

Bradford pres eh; you're just full of awesome and rare exercises! How do you like the liver tabs? I remember using Swiss Herbal brand dessicated liver before; tasted like ass but got a ton of energy from it.

Terms such as "EPOC" and "Charles Poliquin" get me excited.

I don't taste the liver tabs. I swallow them like pills.

I did try chewing one once. It didn't taste THAT bad but I'd rather not taste it.

Comments: Well this is the last workout of this Dorian Yates style routine. It's been real, it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun.

Progress on everything.

I think I've made great strides in getting a better mind-muscle connection with my rear delts. I just wish they would get sore once in a while.

Here's a recent pic. My arms look bigger to me but they're measuring the same.

Yeah man, without a doubt. Chest and arms are the focus this offseason. My chest was responding on high volume but not so much since I started the Dorian Yates routine.

Going back to high volume tomorrow.

I've heard of shakes using 100% pumpkin (canned) with cinnamon and splenda to taste; a ton of fibre with no added sugar. Sounds pretty tasty; how do you like it?
