Looking good, welcome!
What are some of your other stats? diet? I highly recomend reading for a few weeks (search: newbie info consolidated) and read read read on Dc training. Then get a journal up and get critique on your plan before starting.

I am not really weighing my food right now so I can't give you the exact macro breakdown. I do make sure to get in at least 285g of protein (which is 1.5 per pound for me.) Also supplement with a lot of fish oil and keep the junk food to a minimal. Once the fall rolls around I will be far more disciplined with the diet. And thanks for the search idea, I have had people explain to me what DC is and don't really have a full understanding.
