Just introducing myself...

Hey all,

I've been reading the forum for a couple of weeks and thought it was time to finally create an account. I've been reading all these stickies in this thread: Newbie Info Consolidated and have found sooo much info.

I am getting my workouts together to create a proposed blast cycle for critique. Hopefully I'll have it all ironed out and ready for use in a couple of weeks. I'd like to start my DC training at the end of August.

I'm 28 years old (male) and have been training for 4 years. In that time I have gained 35+ pounds and want to take it to the next level. I'm only 5'6" and weigh in at 153lbs. I stay around 10% bodyfat without much effort. My weight has fluctuated some due to various military deployments that took me places were I could not workout with weights, and could not eat the amounts of food to maintain my weight. As such, it seemed that I was always trying to 'get back what I lost' whenever I would be able to train again. Luckily for my training (sadly for me) I can now say that I am discharged after completing my contract time. I want to stay, but it's time to move on and I have a great civilian job now. Anyways, I was down to 130lbs. in January and I'm back up to my current weight. I feel my diet is good, but now I will have the time to devote to training and rest that I never had.

I look forward to learning more and starting this.

Thanks, I posted up a proposed blast cycle. Hopefully I'll do all my reading justice and not have suggested a dumb one.
