Livers and gizzards.
What can I say, wherever I go to shop, I notice that chicken gizzards and livers of all types tend to be cheap, high in protein, low in fat and in my opinion, pretty tasty. But then there is the insipid amount of choleserol, and the issue of the animals' diets. Given these issues, what are peopless thoughts? Who here eats organ meat? Is it a bad idea, or not?

I love it.
Take some livers, and coat them lightly in a mix of hazelnut powder with some added seasoning. Then fry this in a bit of olive oil. This tastes great. |

I eat em, though not a staple food, I do enjoy them on occasion.
