NPC Natural Bodybuilding Competition

The reason for this thread is to see if there is anyone in WI or northern IL that is going to be going or who wants to go to the NPC natural show in Cleveland Ohio on Oct. 4, 2008 which is about 9 weeks out. Ronnie Coleman is the guest poser for the show and there are all kinds of cool prizes. I am looking for someone that would like to go or maybe even two people that are interested in entering this show. If you are, please let me know. Entry forms and all that good stuff has to be in by September something. It is a ways off yet. It will be my first show and I would be thrilled to have someone share the experience and also the expense. LOL I figure if I get one person to come it will cost around $300, if I go alone it is going to be more like $500. I already looked into flying and it is way more expensive than driving will be. I figure anyone that wants to go can post it on this thread or email me at reedky@uwplatt.edu If you email me just put NPC Natural in the subject box so that I don't delete it as junk. Thanks for taking interest, and remember Ronnie Coleman will be there live in person. So you should really think about entering. OH, and I drive a little piece of crap car that gets good mileage so we can take my vehicle.

I am entering the JR class and as a welter weight in the open class. I may be a light weight by the time the show rolls around though. Yeah from the sounds of it, it is a pretty huge show. It may be a little over my head as a first show but you know what they say. Go big or go Home!

BigCat-thanks, I am definitely doing the show, it is just whether I am doing it alone or not.
Iron- What you mean you don't want to drive to WI from Florida so you can carpool with me to Ohio? Good luck to you in any shows you do.
Krox- hope to see you there. I have to get a pic on here before then, maybe I should throw one of my ten week out pics up. But if I don't, just look for a 5'7" bald guy that is in the Jr class and open light/welter weight class.

Thanks everyone, I am already getting really excited for this show. It sounds "awesome" lol. I imagine it is a pretty huge show considering all the stuff they give away at it, and for the fact an 8 time mr. Olympia will be there as a guest poser.

Good Luck, bro! I did the show last year... Dave Liberman runs an awesome competition with great guest posers every year. He promotes the Natural Ohio too and this year me and my fiancee went and met Jay Cutler in person and went to his seminar! It's a very show (think Jr. Nationals for drug-free BBing!), I sucked down to lightweight for the show, didn't place all that well, but I looked better than before (see pic, haha)... Keep us posted on ur progress!
