hmm, kinda during I was dating a few at the time. I had just broken up with my psycho ex, and just getting back into the dating thing. I think I had gone out with Shan once but I had hooked up with this one from work a couple times. Fantastic, but not someone you want to bring home, really, really kinda dumb and had issues lol. She was seeing me while SHE was in a relationship lol

and you ask if you need to step up the intensity, a true DC trainee wouldn't need to ask himself that question, he would already be training with full intensity, this isn't a program for "a pretty high intensity", it's for a kick in the balls intensity where you always try to get that extra rep - Equill

Yeah, you're probably right. I could just be getting bored with these excersises. I think when I'm in town next week I'll start looking at changing everything around. The only issue is is that it's difficult to adjust the excersises I'm doing when I'm in Red Lake

Hey guys, didn't make it in yesterday, but I am going after work tonight, and start the blast next week. Life came pretty hard last few days, when I have time will post up what happened.

(nothing bad to me or the family, family friend is all. )

For me everything is going well. Had some hiccoughs (fun life things I guess I should clarify lol) last week, and this weekend was a pain. With the weather getting colder now, its tougher getting going during the day with my daughter. I am going to try lifting at night again, and see if I can handle it. I may change my lift days to sun, tue thurs (1 am lifts) except for sunday. That way at least I only have 2 shitty nights sleep.

At least she is over being sick again. Thats the main problem with me not getting to the gym is if she gets sick, it throws my day. I have a feeling I will be moving to days soon, which will give me a more solid timeframe to work with. I will still have to lift sun, tues thurs, but it will be a lot easier to get there, 10 pm at night lol.

Not going to the gym tonight, snowing here a lot (almost a blizzard) and I don't have my snow tires on yet. Performance tires do NOT work well in snow lol. I just hope I can get up my street!

Will go there tomorrow after I wake up.

Going to start a new log, as I will NOT be DCing for the near future. My head is just not in it right now, and I am looking at something different for a while. I love DC, but I just dont think right now I can put all my effort into it. Hopefully when I get days and my schedule is a little less hectic, I can move back to it, but I am going to move to something a little less rigid for a while.

I think you're making a smart move man. You have made great progress but it seems like life is crazy right now and the rigidity of DC may be too much. I have enjoyed using DC principles (going all out on sets, stretching, occasional rest-pause but not normally) but I go more based on feel. Rather than a preset blast I pick excecises on the spot based on what I want to do and just have fun. I still keep a logbook though and enjoy stomping it. DC will always be there if you chose to return.

I hope things settle down for you man. It seems like you have been dealing with a lot recently. Good luck with whatever you decide for a program.

Good call Glyder... go with your gut instinct man. You'll know when it's time to jump back into DC. Besides, working out when you're "not into it" is just no fun!

I feel ya on that dude. You should try doing something like I'm doing. Some metabolic conditioning work with reduced eating frequency. Drop some body fat.

Satch, I think I would have a heart attack just READING your workout template! LOL. I think I am going to look at the template XX1 gave me on my gen discussion post, and see how it looks/feels. I have to do up my workout that I want, and really get my diet back in check. I have been pretty good, but not great. I haven't gained much, but I can see the fat building up lol.

Bruno, you and GB have different, but interesting workouts. I just deleted what I had. I am flip/flopping so much about stuff right now. I am going to the gym tomorrow, and just going to do chest/shoulders/tris tomorrow, and go from there. Sigh. I just need to get back in there.

Thanks for the support as well Johnnie and v1hyp!

Tomorrow I will get my ass up and in the gym.

Hey bro, hope things are going well for you. Get in there and throw some weight around, bro--that usually makes me feel better.

Sounds like youve got alot of things going on as well. And blizzard snow--no thanks.

Hey Sean, it's been a while since I've been on the board. I'm in the same mindframe you are it seems. I'm having a hard time getting back into the swing of things as well. I'm appartment hunting at the moment and it's a pain in the ass. So, once that is straightened out I'll be happy...finding a place to live is priority over the gym
