Incredible conditioning. I strive for that one day. How many shows have you competed in? Also, how many do you think it took you to get your body molding to your manipulations this well?

That conditioning is unreal. Your back and shoulders really stand out to me as being particularly strong. Great work Scott.

Hey Bud,

I've done about a dozen shows now, over about 10 years. (Some breaks in there, some years 2-3 shows.)

As for your second question, its really taken until now. THe operative question is maybe how long has it taken to find the manipulations to mold my body this well... (The answer is the same...

I weighed in at 207, but was on stage around 200lb.

I was beaten by this guy in the Jr. Master's division (he won the Lt. Heavies):

first time i see these . i read Pony Express and thought who the hell is on a Pony

being at your show must have been different because these pictures don't really say anything else except that you took the entire show . but again , i know that being at a show is always different . nonetheless Randy you did great and i admire your conditioning

and thanks again for your advise in the pm i will work these things out and am very sure that things will be a bit different in a few weeks

I'll try, man. I'm just getting inundated with PM's new clients, stuff at the gym, you name it. (I'm seriously starting to get some neck and shoulder problems from being at the computer, too...)
