so, i've been pretty bad about posting these past few days, but most of that is due to a hectic in port schedule and tiredness.
you know what though? it's been great though. i've been able to workout on the base gym where i was able to do some excercises that i normally don't get to do, but love doing: cleans, push presses, DEADLIFTS!!!, back squat (free weight), and dips. surprisingly, i've gotten a lot stronger on all these lifts, particularly the squat, deadlift, and clean. i was able to knock out 10 reps with 415 on the back squat, 8 reps with 405 on the deadlift, and 4 reps with 225 on the cleans. weighed in at 207... damn... thought i was heavier. oh well! as long as i'm gaining and the clothes are fitting the way i want them to! i'm able to wear L's and XL's now. definitely not complaining, just going by the mirror and enjoying it. we just got underway again and we're headed to the other side of spain and are about to cross the straights of gibraltor tommorow. hitting another port soon. damn, all these port visits are killing my wallet... anyways, attached are some progress pics taken 3 days ago. i'm seeing some improvements compared to my pics that i posted originally. what do you guys think?
