update
here is a little update from my Trial Run
it is only a leg shot but you can take my word that my upper body is definitely above my leg condition . i am happy though with the way things are going , leg condition wise and am just looking forward to the show . i will add a few ingredients within the next couple of hours to see if this improves or at least to see what it does . wake

Wow wake the difference in your legs in just a day's time in nuts. I have no idea how you do that sort of stuff but whatever you did worked great. I imagine your upper body is ripped as always and I look forward to seeing how the show goes. Great work my friend.

you think so Bruno ?? mmmm i thought they look worse but maybe it is because i don't see it . i will do as i am told and keep an eye on my condition throughout the day . the pictuer from above is from first thing in the morning i would say that i am at my driest right now and will go ahead and take a few more pictures and then will do , again, what i was told and wait an hour to an hour and half and take another set of pictures to seee the difference
![]() and no , glutes are not shredded but they look quiet good . it just takes more mass, like Brendan said, and it also takes more experience . the more often you diet down the easier it is to get that last bit of stubborn fat off . BTW >>> i forgot to mention that i start m,y OFF SEASON in 2 weeks wake

here is another set these are taken 2 hours after the first one above . i know that some of you want see different shots and poses and mandatories , BUT to be honest for me it is important that i keep an eye on the areas , on my body , where the water comes off the latest . i sure know my weaknesses and don't even want to get into it . with that in my i know what i will have to work on in my off season . but now it is show time . now is the time to get as lean as possible and as dry as possible . the weaknesses will show , yes ,but this should be my last concern at this point . when looking at the fact that my legs are not even tan and are the last place, like i sad before , where the water comes off ..........then i must say i am very happy with what i am seeing .

what a great difference man. Way way way better than yesturday....im sure once you cut out training/cardio the legs will harden up even more. You cause a lot of trauma to them and it takes a while to get them fully recovered.
But you are looking great man..... upper body is looking very dry right now. Keep us updated on more pics please. btw - pose your legs like you did in the top pic man..... i like the way they look in that position.... sweep looks sick in that pic.

thank you James , as i said before it is not easy to see the difference myself . but i guess it is all due to because i have been looking at myself all the time . but thats why i post these up . i am also proud that i am better at posing now . the other thing is that i forget that this is my first show . i know that i have said the same thing already a few days but what i wanna say is that i am very very happy with what i will bring to the show . i am also glad that i invested the money to receive help for dialing me in . it makes it so much easier . the other thing is that i will pretty much look like i do in those pictures comes Show day . this is the reason why we do trial and error runs and why they are so important . now i know what to do and it will be very difficult to screw that up . again , i am very happy .
EDIT: my body weight before i started to cut my water yesterday was 214 lbs. >>>> right now it is 203 lbs. on the dot ![]() wake

Great condition wake.. I think your strategy made todays pics look a bit better.
The slight angle that you make with your right foot in those pics really accentuates everything. In todays pics I can also see veins just about EVERYWHERE ![]()

yupp another set
this is probably a little annoying to most of you but it is very important to me that i take as many pictures as i can to see what to do and when to do it comes show time . i don't want to be too picky here but don't want to be off either . i am taking those pictures to see how my body reacts to the little adjustments that i am making . for instance/ example >>> just look at the first picture which i took after waking up and compare it to the other ones . the second set was 2 hours after that first one and you can see a difference in dryness . i know that the light is a bit better too but there is definitely a difference (even though it took me some time to see it myself
) . then at 10.30 i had a carb meal and now this last set of pictures is showing how that meal effected my condition .i will take another final set of pictures in about an hour because i just started to reintroduce water and '' more '' sodium and of course i want to see how that will effect me too . after that i will return to my regular schedule . wake

Just sick upper body/abs, wake. And yep, your legs look drier/hardier/veinier in the last set of pics. Its cool to watch the progress and the changes over just a few hours of these pictures.
And I found out that I sucked at posing in the beginning and just got better w/ practice and getting more comfortable w/ the poses. Im still not fantastic by any stretch, but I was happy w/ how everything turned out for my first show. Youre going to do well, my friend. -slide

Alex, I would say that your conditioning, especially in your upper body is great. As for the legs, I think that there may still be a layer of fat there that still needs to be dieted off. Are you doing any high intensitiy cardio? ie stair mill? If not I would try to do something like that for the last week to try to get the legs to catch up, or 100 rep squats or walking lunges in the same rep range. Other then that, I would say do what ever it is you did to get you abs/obliques looking like they did in that earlier pic. As for a first show, it's very rare that guys show up with full, lean and dry legs, the competition for entry levels from what I've found mostly takes place from the waist up and by the looks of it you should do quite well.

thanks Pete. i agree on the legs , there is a layer of fat that still needs to go .even if i wanted to , i won't be able to get rid of it all . i feel pretty good though and am not too worry about it as i know that they will be more diced next time . i am still happy with their shape and it will be visible at the show
