I had many over the years and all of them were really good at the time. I must say that Alan Ichinose was a great workout partner since we are similar in height and with the same goals. He never looked down on me and pushed me in his own ways. We was a fantastic IFBB pro too with unreal wheels.
I've got my wife and Lori Brooks (USA Figure) as partners now and these cats are crazy! There are days when I train alone also, not as fun but who cares! I like to keep it intense all the time. I'll train with anyone who will put 100% effort in every set. That is what I'm looking for in a partner.

How mansy sets would you reommend for bodyparts?

I usually do three sets per movements and i'd pick 5 movements for bigger muscle groups like back, legs, chest,shoulders. The smaller groups get 9 working sets. Glad you liked the DVD.

Hey Folks just got back from Vegas. I got to see Island Girl on stage- she looked fantastic, congrats girl. Meet lots of fans and was very surprised how many purchased my DVD. It is selling really well and I would like to thank all of you for the support.

Mitsuru Okabe is just fine, we meet up in Vegas for a brief talk. He said he will be moving back to home to Japan. He's the best and one of a kind. I'm glad we shot the DVD, it's a collecters item.
