Dave Henry's New Video: Xtreme Measures

Dave trains at my gym (www.evlogia.com) for chest / shoulder / tri day and leg day and I'm his training partner (so you'll hear me in the background or see my shadow...)

We blasted it...

OF NOTE: This is NOT a How - To or Instructional video on DC training. You'll obviously see that we're doing DC training, but we've got a couple things in there that are his (or my) modifications. Please try to spread the word on this to avoid the confusion... ("Well, Dave Henry did this in his video, so it must be Doggcrapp training..." Nope, its Dave Henry training based on DoggCrapp training primarily with some evil twists from Scott Stevenson. You'll reallly like the calf training, I think.

I had a look at the trailer but I was a bit disturbed by some crazy looking guy with grey hair and a goatee that was hanging around in the background on a few shots.

Ben,

Check the first link in my sig. There you'll find a link to the trailer, but its still just a Quicktime (.mov) file and in the same place as the one I linked. (I just figured out where Mits had it in his directory of stuff and linked to just that file...)

i was just wondering if anyone with Quicktime Pro could download this and post it up on youtube because i cannot get the vid to work

(the screen just shows yellow and green lines, i have audio, i tried downloading quicktime again and that didnt do anything so i dont know what the problem is)

I just got this in the mail today and it is SICK! I don't want to spoil it for everyone but I highly recommend it. It is some seriously intense stuff.

Also, Scott (homonunculous) was being seriously modest when he said he is only in the background. It shows most of his workouts too and he is a maniac to say the least. Plus, he reps an Intense Muscle shirt at one point!

Dante has said how hard these guys train, but it one thing to hear it and another thing completely to witness it. I am really happy I got this DVD.

And the calf training is downright insane. Thanks Scott and Dave for a great movie.
