Whole food shake

Love it.. I've been taking 1/2c. cottage cheese, 4 raw egg whites, 40g whey isolate, and either 1/2c. oats OR 2tbsp natty pb and throwing it all in a magic bullet (best damn blender you'll find for shakes by the way). Unbelieveable. I've been doing three of these a day plus four solid meals. Best shake I've ever had.

I have to try this recipee...

I bought a Magic Bullet too but wasnt impressed with it.

I made a SAN Infusion shake in my Magic Bullet and left clumps in it...it didnt mix it every well and sometimes there isnt enough space in the container to put in the powder and liquid

I have to say I have been dieting for 14 weeks now and this still sounds awful to me. lol

I heard Mike Matorazzo used to liquify all his protein leftovers and turn them into a shake....

I used his example Its one of the most disgusting things I have done but the guy from Man vs Wild has done a lot worse to survive LOL

me Ive been dieting for a month (15 weeks out) and I think I would do it just for the carbs in the oatmeal

Just to put things in perspective here, I made a shake with 8oz of carne asada, 2 cups green tea (from tea bags) and 1 cup of brown rice. Yea and then it coated my throat for like 5 mins of tickles.

I just use the regular magic bullet.. or at least I think. It blends my shakes better than ANY blender in the past 17 years of making these kinds of shakes ever has, so I'm not sure what's up with yours. Mine come out great. It does barely fit, but it fits. I know the cottage cheese sounds gross but once it's done there are no clumps and it's more like a milkshake.. if I don't use oatmeal I use natty pb, if I didn't allready say that. I think I'm going to go have one right now..

four of my daily meals consist of 6 ounces boiled chicken breast, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop waxy maize, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and enough apple juice to make it smooth when blended.
