my summer bulking diet

I've been reading on this site for a while but this is my first post

I'm 18 and i was 204 this morning and probably about 18-19% body fat but i don't feel like i have enough mass or strength to cut yet. i think im a meso-endo. Ive been lifting seriously for about 1.5 years but i never really had a chance to gain much muscle because i was always trying to keep my weight down for wrestling.

My diet so far is typically

meal 1
whole wheat bagle or cup oats
cup eggwhites
1 1/3 scoop whey
100g blueberrys

meal 2 post w/o
2 2/3 scoop whey
30g WMS
half cup oats
1/2 banana

meal 3
8oz cooked turkey
1 1/3 cup rice
3oz pineapple
veggies

meal 4
6oz ground beef
2oz cheaddar cheese
veggies

meal 5
8oz tuna
3tbsp mayo
veggies

meal 6
2 2/3 scoop whey
60g almond butter
veggies

pro-carb meals
~75g carbs
~60g protein
>550 cals

pro fat meals
~30g fat
~60g pro
>550 cals

all together atleast
3500 cals
360g pro
225g carbs
100g fat
this is what im gonna start with and ill add from here, off days ill probly swap a pro carb meal for a pro fat meal and maybe lower some fat

supps
CEE 6g/day
taurine 10g/day
green tea
xtend
fish oil 10g/day

i lift three times a week chest tris shoulder, back bis forearms, and legs low intesity cardio before breakfast 3-4 times a week hiit once a week and i work a farely active job
hows this look?

I would drop the shakes and try get some more solid food in there... maybe add some more fats in there but all round it looks like a good solid plan. stick with it and you will see results. good luck
