Back Challange
Hello,
I've had this situation for a while. While my back looks fine when my arms go up disappears. I do Deadlifts, rack deads, T-bar rows, barbell rows, Dumbell rows (alternating them out) (right now backthickness: are rack deads, barbell rows and sumo rack Deads) (BackWidth Widegrip rack chins, regular chinups and behind the neck rack chins) Last edited by KCSuperman : 08-05-2008 at 01:20 AM. Any suggestions to bring up my back doing a rear double biceps. Maybe it's the way I'm posing. maybe I need to build a more lat thickness or lat width or more in the middle thickness to make my back look better when doing the rear double biceps because as you can see my back looks thicker when doing a rear double biceps than the first picture.

it is very simple . your back matches the rest of your body . you got to spend a few more years in the gym and you got to eat consistently , for the next few years, too .
i notice that your palms are almost facing the front when doing the rear double bicep . try having your thumbs face your ears but keep your elbows as high as they are now . lots of extreme stretching will improve your width too . wake

I studied photography. here's a tip for everyone....When you take pictures of yourself have someone kneel down and take them low..you'll look much bigger. (I got this from Arnold)
here are some pictures on June 20th of my back. The previous ones are on May 22nd. I couldn't train back width,, chest, tris , bis, forearms or shoulders during this time(still am not).I did Deads and legs. You'll be surprised how much picture taking technique's (no i'm not taking about photo shopping ) , just the angel in height in which you take the picture.Always set the camera down low to look bigger.
