haha i didn't really know i looked like this until i started doing this show.. definitely pleasantly surprised. It's funny how much hides underneath all that extra fat.

haven't updated in awhile.. I'll try to get some pics up this weekend when i'm 4 weeks out.

As for how it's all going, looking damn good. Tired as fuck all the time though, I have much more respect for everyone who's dieted down for a show now LOL. The cardio sucks the worst, but that i can deal with.. It's the lack of energy during work that really kills me. Sometimes i just want to sit down but I still have to go help stock up things and help customers and shit.

So far so good though, weighing in at around 200 lbs.

I'll be anxious to see the pics fade. I just got done with a show and the thing i am not missing the most is all the cardio, lol
